A pool dropped into a bare yard is half a project. We design the water, the deck, the shade and the bar together, because they all have to line up before the shell is shot.

Freeform on acreage or geometric behind a newer house, with a tanning ledge for the loungers. The shell is shot to fit the yard, not picked from a catalog.

Raised spas that spill over stone or tile into the pool, or flush spas set into the floor plan. The spa is what keeps the yard in use all winter.

Stools set in the water at a counter you can also reach from the deck, under a pavilion with the TV and the kitchen.

Tiled walls with sheer descents, bubblers on the ledge and lights that change the whole yard after dark.

Concrete deck, pavers or turf inlays, built by the same team that built the pool, on the same schedule.

The pavilion, bar and kitchen around the water. We build those too, and they cost less built alongside the pool than after it.
See moreMost pool companies show a finished photo and nothing else. The steel, the plumbing and the shell are where a pool is won or lost, and once the plaster is in nobody sees them again. We are happy to show you ours while they are still in the ground.

Weather and inspections drive it more than anything. We give you a real schedule up front and tell you when something slips instead of going quiet.
No. We build gunite. It shapes to the yard, holds up in North Texas clay, and can be repaired. Fiberglass goes in faster, but you take the shape it ships in.
Regularly. Most of what we build is outside city limits. On a rural lot, the septic field and its setbacks decide where a pool can sit, so that is one of the first things to look at.
Yes, and it is cheaper done together. One team, one schedule, one mobilization instead of three. Pavilions and kitchens are a big part of what we build.
Inside city limits, expect a permit and inspections through the city building department. In unincorporated Johnson County, the county handles septic and floodplain permits rather than a city style building permit. Confirm with your own city or county before you dig.

Close enough to Fort Worth to source anything, far enough out to build on real acreage. If you are inside these counties, we will come look at the yard.
